چکیده
Calcium hydroxide was petitioned for use as a soil amendment to supply calcium for crops. Calcium hydroxide (also known as hydrated lime) is produced from the slow addition of water to crushed or ground quicklime (calcium oxide), which is produced by burning various forms of limestone. It may also be produced as a by-product of industrial processes such as from the generation of acetylene from calcium carbide.
